Returns Policy

What is our returns policy?

Orders must be returned to us within 14 days of the product being received. Please email Contact@pouvoirclo.com and we will be happy to provide details where to send to us.

All orders returned outside of this period, will be returned back to you.

  • Return costs: The customer is responsible for return costs. 
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Reimbursement: The customer will be reimbursed in the form of a refund if returned as outlined below for the cost of the product. 

Clothing

Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition,
unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. 

For hygeine purposes, no refund or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke.

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements, will be rejected, and returned back to you.

 

I have received a faulty item.

We’re really sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item! This definitely isn’t the level of quality we expect to deliver.

Please do send us an email Contact@pouvoirclo.com with your order details and some images of the item and we’d be happy to resolve this for you.

I haven't received my refund

Our returns process can take up to 10 working days from returning to action.
